How could I buy a device for such a sum and still issues so soon? When other items manufactured more than decade ago outperform modern purchases, the only problem must lie with quality. Take this Gameboy Advance SP, for example. Made circa 2002, the fact the handheld still operates speaks to an infallible craftsmanship. This PlayStation 4 controller, however, shows signs of a drifting joystick. Perhaps, the simplicity of the design and function lends itself to a longer life. To have one job simplifies matters.
Perhaps obsolete, chinaware and the like remain impeccable due to their quality. Often times, I lament that my family doesn’t use our dishwasher, defunct from nonuse, since we make “extra” work by hand washing. Yet, I’d wash our dinnerware by hand since it’s fragility and beauty begs it. I’d go the extra mile for finer things, thought it seems pricier is not always better.
Take my fashion sense. I do not spend lavishly for my style; my wardrobe may even excel due to my frugality. I don’t spend unless I find the item worth the value, as well as, inexpensive. These graphic tees are marked $28 and $26 respectively, but I want you to guess how much they truly cost.
Maybe the quality of the games determines the price in the long run, as these GC controllers and copies of Emerald, Sapphire, LeafGreen and FireRed fetch the healthy sum of USD today. Bad actors will seldom hide from the scene though. Can you believe counterfeiters have the nerve to sell of these original games at 4x the original MSRP today?! I find it mind-bending. My work will never reflect in its price anything other than quality and effort I put into it, rest assured.
I guess you got those graphic Tees for 4$
We’ll find out in 6 more days. Should be fun.
I still got my SP too. Its crazy cuz the battery still holds well and plays like it always did. My xbox controller has a drifting joystick but ive dealt with it. Annoying because i self correct it during gameplay, least until i buy a new one. Being selective on purchases while i throw myself at crypto lol.
Im guessing 2.99 bro. Its like the price is right!
Forgot to mention, I’ll reveal the answers in another post on the lash day of payout. Seems best.
That’s the right idea. I say as I order more clothes, eat lunch and eye housekeeping items.. Why haven’t I had a handheld vacuum yet? Ah?!
$12
Time will tell if we’re on the money! Thanks for playing, @darke.
