After watching the Gameplay Reveal at least a dozen times, I think I can say I am quite hyped about the new From Software game.
There are only a few days until the release date of Elden Ring, and I cannot stress enough how much I am waiting for it. I have previously played the other From Software Games, and I am more than happy to have part of a new experience of the same kind.
The graphics simply look amazing. You have all these gigantic enemies that you will have to fight, it seems as they will be the most epic battles I have ever experienced. Not only that, but even the structures are so interesting to look at, both from afar and I am assuming you will be able to explore them from the inside too.
I personally am a big fan of the souls-like games. I have played Dark Souls 3 and Sekiro, and Elden Ring gives me exactly the same vibes as all the other games, which is just what I want. The same feeling of infinite power both for my hero and for his enemies - a fight between infinite powers with only one winner, it's just amazing.
The dark medieval universe combined with the arts of magic and spells won my heart from the first moment I allowed myself to dive into it. Even if in reality it isn't like this, Elden Ring seems, for me personally, to take place in the same universe as the other games.
You know how they say, to be a good storyteller you need both to be gifted and experienced...then this game will definitely be a piece of art. Without much words, the team managed to present the story in just a few lines, a story that seems to have endless possibilities. You will have to fight the champions of a shattered world in order to "Brandish the Elden Ring" because a child-ish voice told you so. Fighting for the ultimate goal - rebuilding the entire world and making it regain the shape that was for so long lost. You become the hero of this world, the only hope for redemption. This will definitely be a legendary experience.
Magic is such a beautiful gameplay mechanic, and just from the trailer, it seems that you will be able to uncover the mysteries of all the spells. A specific thing which I really love from the other titles is that the same abilities that the enemies are using, and also the same weapons, almost everything is usable by yourself as well. Maybe not in the beginning, when you are still uncovering the truths of this new world, but at some point, you use the weapons and abilities that killed you so many times before. You master them and become even more powerful than their original users. You adapt and overcome all the new enemies using the power of the enemies you have just defeated. I am expecting this mechanic here as well, because simply put, it is so astonishing.
As a conclusion, I am sure this game will reach the expectations and overcome them. All the reviewers said only good things about the game, the gameplay reveal looks fantastic, the universe is amazing, everything that you would ever wish for from a game.
En unos 4 meses seguro va a estar en oferta en steam, en ese momento voy a tener preparada mi billetera.
