AXIE INFINITY
If you have not heard about Axie Infinity you are most likely just like me and are always busy with something. Always working too hard, out with friends or with family. If you have heard of it then tell me your stories and lets share thoughts and comments.
Axie Infinity is a GAME, yes a GAME.... not just any game though. Its a Play To Earn game, that means that the in game currency has actual IRL (In Real Life) Value. Yes it is true, like no BS and stuff. You grind your way along in adventure mode, battle real time players in PVP and complete daily missions. All in order to receive SLP (Smooth Love Potion). SLP is a NFT (Non Fungible Token) basically it means it is a type of Crypto currency and each SLP has a value in real life. This means that my time to shine has finally come!!! No more hours upon hours of gameplay for just a special looking hat that I can only use in that game and nowhere else. I mean come on.... Playing games all day long and getting paid for it is mine and many many others Dreams. Now that dream for me at least is becoming a reality.
After researching, watching people on Twitch and asking a ton of questions I managed to get a Scholarship. Not for any other reason other than I wish to start from the bottom like the overwhelming majority of the players in this game. Like the phoenix in Harry Potter that saves Dumbledore, I too will rise to the top. At least that is the goal.
This is the end of my 2nd week of playing this game and so far I enjoy it, well as much as you can enjoy a turn based game with limited functionality. This is still a game in the very early stages with HUGE amounts of potential and if any of the research that I have done comes to bear fruit well... then its just gonna be insanely good.
Everyday Axie Infinity allows you to earn a max of 50 SLP in Adventure mode, 25 SLP by completing daily challenges, with more being earned in PVP, as long as you have energy available to play. The more Axies you have, the more energy you get daily. Being a beginner with only 3 Axies on loan to me, I only receive 20 energy a day.
So far I have made 1888 SLP which equates to roughly $377 (Market changes all the time and this amount is always changing). That all being said, for a game I have not invested a single penny into and I am able to say I have made $377 in just 2 weeks, which is not bad going at all. At least not to me anyways. Due to me being a scholar 50% of what I "make" is shared with my Manager. This is thanks for allowing be to be a scholar of theirs and giving me the Axies to play with.
