Hello my dear friends, how are you guys doing? I hope you all are doing well. A few days back I just saw a game named Dcity in the games session of PeakD. I was very much curious to know about what type of game it could be. So I decided to read its introduction.

I found its introduction very interesting. I used to play a game named SimCity where we had to create our empire and work as mayor for the betterment of our citizens. So, Yesterday, I entered the Dcity but was unable to understand its interface and also have less knowledge about sim coins.
Today in the afternoon I swapped some of my Hive coins for SIM coins. 10Hive ~ 51486 sim coins.
I will play this game not as a player but as a newly elected government. For me, this game is challenging to make my population survive with sustainable growth. But for sustainable growth of population, we need people to live in my empire. So today at first I will buy some apartment cards and see how much population and income I can generate.
I am buying 3 Apartment cards for the first people who live in my empire.
So I just bought 3 cards and my city now has 60 unemployed population and my income is suffering the loss of 19 sim. So my next aim is to manage my base income. I can buy one factory which is within my budget. So now it's time to manage our city's base income.
Ok! so after buying a factory there is still a deficit of 4 sim. Let's try bid for the cinema hall. currently, I have some unemployed workers, and to balance my income I will try to make bi for the cinema hall at 711 Sims.
I just bid for the cinema hall. This game is quite new for me and now I am getting a little understanding of this game. Let's see what will happen next in my city.
I will make updates of my game with you within 2-3 days. Today there is not much happened, just started. I just learned that presidential policies also influence our city's income and other aspects. So tomorrow I will check on going presidential elections and will vote for a wise candidate. My current city is shown below.

I played a lot of Hive games over the years here but never dared to try dCity. To me it looked like a lot of maths and maximizing the efficiency which I am so over after Maths in my school...lol

This is similer to building your empire but in a different way right? I guess you can explore great aspect of this game

yes, it is like you have to make strategies, and policies to manage income and also manage development. Here role of the president is also very important whose policies will impact each city. So it's important to handle such situations.
So it's just like living a normal everyday life?
Not like that, Strategies are required for sustainable growth.
