This looks intriguingly delicious. They sell durian here, but I've always been intimidated by its size and powerful scent, so I've never bought one for fear I may not like it. I should try it one of these days.

here's what I'd recommend, mash the durian (blend them) add espresso on top that's how it's done and best 😄
You mean mash the whole fruit or just a portion?
I mean just use the durian meat and please exclude the seed😂 it should look something like this
