Ribshack is easy to find because of its large and bright signage that immediately catch your attention. When you arrive at SM Cebu, just walk to the ground floor and you will quickly notice Ribshack.
On January 15, 2024, my research groupmates and I planned to go to Cebu City. Since are from the province and we're also busy as college students, we rarely go to Cebu City, so, at that time, we want to visit the Basilica Minore del Sto. Niño de Cebu church before they celebrate their fiesta and have Sinulog Festival, because we know the city will be very crowded when the fiesta is near. Also, this is also the only day we are free from schoolworks, plus, our research defense is also coming up soon.
After we went to church, we went straight to SM Cebu because we were all hungry. You know food is life hahaha and I really love to discover new restaurants here in Cebu, so I was excited when one of my groupmates recommended Ribshack.
As soon as we enter Ribshack, I immediately felt its cozy and modern ambiance. The place is spacious, there's aircon, and at that time, many people dines in. Additionally, the interior design of the restaurant is amazing, it's perfect for people who want to take Instagrammable pictures because every area is just so beautiful. Of course, my groupmates and I didn't miss the opportunity to take pictures here as well.

As K-drama fans, my sister and I (since we're classmates and also groupmates) we craved Korean food at that time, so we ordered the Ribshack's Korean Spicy Pork with kimchi and ssamjang sauce, plus, it's unli rice. And this meal is only ₱159, affordable right? Our other classmates ordered Spareribs (₱119) and Chicken Paa (₱145). Based on what I heard, Spareribs are said to be their best-seller and it's no wonder because according to one of my groupmates, it's really tasty.
I can say that the food we ordered that time is really worth it because it's not only delicious, but, it's also affordable. Of course, my groupmates and I even asked for extra rice.
Ribshack is really perfect for families, friends, or lovers who are looking for delicious grilled dishes that are not heavy on the pocket. There's a variety of food and drinks to choose in their menu and there is sure to be something for you. What's more amazing is their unlimited rice which most Filipinos love. So, if you're also looking for Instagram-worthy spots, don't worry because the interior designof the restaurant will suit your aesthetic!
My heart was filled with so much happiness that time when we went and experience Ribshack. The food is great, food and drinks are affordable (perfect for students like me), and has great ambiance. Ribshack is definitely worth a visit. So, beautiful Hivers, if you want to satisfy your cravings, visit the Ribshack at SM Cebu or Ribshack branch that's nearest to you (Ribshack have many branches outside Cebu).
