It's a lot of work, but I reckon you've got a good foundation to build on.
It seems like the biggest issue keeping everything moist and avoiding the need for manual watering (the exact opposite of the problem I have in the swamp I call a garden...). Have you got a water butt to catch rainwater ?
A nice layer of good compost is a great start. Compost in the heap can be kept damp in a way that doesn't add cost to the water bill and adds beneficial nitrates 😉 You can also tip in the dregs of cups of drinking water, and water that's been used in the kitchen for cooking veggies etc.
If you're cutting lumps off trees or breaking up old pallets, a 2-3 inch deep layer of woodchips as a mulch on top of the raised beds will keep weeds down and moisture in, and gradually compost down to add goodness to the soil.
Go for it... I reckon you'll be able to grow lots of lovely edible stuff that tastes nicer than shop-bought and saves money on the food bill 😀
Noted. I shall do what I can from that list. Cheers!
