I tried them long time ago, must admit I still remember those juicy roasted bites accompanied by green salad.

Yea I don't remember that. The only time I had them was in childhood after my mom took us pick up snails all around the neighbourhood and I guess I didnt really realize she would shove them all into boiling water ๐ probably made me too involved to not focus enough on the taste ๐ will try though probably as there are so many in the garden hehe
