Horseradish can survive a lot of cold, it has big roots that don't seem to get frozen out very easily.

Thank you!:) I can honestly say I noticed that! We have this small 'bush' of horseradish greens around 2-3 years and its still here! And in winter they were still green. Thats why I'm thinking being more creative and have it in the kitchen as well, its about time. ๐
