I think the bok choy seems (still) healthy, but in my opinion, you need to transfer them into a bigger space because they have big roots and do not grow better when any competition close around
If these mature bok choy survive and grow bigger and stronger, I will definitely replant them outside to the planter. I once grew them indoors in 2 litre milk cartons and they grew enormous!! I was so happy, hopefully I can repeat that one day!
