Update on my husband's garden-Our tomatoes is back

in HiveGardenlast year

Hello gardeners. It's been half a month since the last time I updated about the garden of my husband. I was so busy with my other side hustles that and didn't get the chance to write an article.

Yesterday I got the chance to capture the plants of my husband in his garden. It was past 6 am and it was so hot outside. The sun is so bright that I can't see the output of the pictures that I captured.

Hubby was so busy putting a net fence on his garden. He intended to put a fence on his garden to protect the chickens from our neighbors and to protect his plants from the calf of my inlaws.

Hubby got the chance to clean the surroundings of his bell pepper plants beside our house.

Moreover, he didn't finish cleaning the surroundings of his bell pepper planted along the road since he got busy helping his father plant rice.

Hubby's different kinds of chilis are growing so well and bearing a lot of fruits on it. I love its color especially the flat one. Hubby likes spicy sauce so now that he has grown his chillis he doesn't need to ask it from our neighborhood.

We still didn't harvest our ginger. The ginger that I have inside the old chamber that hubby transferred to the ground since he uses the chamber for his spring onions.

Speaking of spring onions, it grows well after his last harvest. We mostly use it for our daily consumption rather than selling it.
We also have our lemons and it grows well as it has more branches now than before.

After hubby prone the leaves of his okra plants they bear more fruits he keeps on harvesting them and selling them to the market as he can't consume all of them.I guess growing okra is easier as it also bears a lot of fruits it plants.

Pechay is one of the easiest plants to grow and the fastest to harvest. After his last harvest, he finally planted another batch of his pechay. Hubby got disappointed with the chickens in our neighborhood as they kept pestering the pechay plants.

Luckily hubby still has more pechay seedlings to replace those that got damaged by the chickens. He still has more tomato seedlings left.

Lastly, his tomatoes are back, it's been a while since the last time he had tomatoes. He had to remove his eggplants as it's not growing well. Now he planted tomatoes instead of eggplants. It takes time for him to plant it back again because the first batch of the seeds he tried to grow failed. It didn't grow and he had to ask for another set of seeds from his workplace. Luckily the 2nd batch is growing well now.

I guess that's all for today's garden blog. I appreciate your time reading it. God bless everyone.
