Our community seem to be reawakening after a long winter hibernation and it is buzzing with life.
we just had our February challenge and now discussing a new logo..
all this got me inspired (..As without, so within..) and I went on a photographic tour around the farm, to try and capture signs that Spring is just around the corner.
half reality and half wishful thinking as it is yet early.
last year though Spring exploded to life in February, so one never knows.
A Hazel plant, doing his preps.
You´ll see that my phone is not great for macro and is not very good for focusing on a close object. the results are still worth presenting.
A cutting of an Elderberry in a pot sprouting nicely.
Lilac (Syringa vulgaris).
Goji. sprouting full force.
Linden. planted earlier this season and looking good.
Hortensia. planted in a very frosty spot and making a comeback now that frosts eased off a bit.
Almond. preparing to flower. it flowers first and then goes on with leaves.
One of our many Pecans. even though these trees are native to North America and can handle any amount of cold, their tender spring leaves burn in the late frosts which slows down their seasonal growth. we have had frosts as late as the end of April.
Honey berry. I am always looking forward to its purple sweet fruits.
And finally an anemone that started flowering yesterday 💜
Thank you for stopping by. wishing us all a peaceful week 🙏

Delegations welcome! You've been curated by @plantpoweronhive!
Thank you, once again 🙏
I hope that the arrival of spring in your country will allow you to grow many plants. Here I only have to face drought or a lot of rain, but I can grow all year round.
Almost everything grows here, only that the climate being very harsh, plants suffer from cold, heat, radiation, drought.
this is were I try to help as much as I can.
thank you for stopping by 🙏
