Sort:  

the red, I make mashed with the skin on. Softer skin and taste more flavourful, in my opinion. The yellow is more bland. I wish I could feed my many Hive Friends. Some day I will cook for you ALL!!!

The red we have here is the sugary one, but we don't consume with the skin as its hard. We either fry, roast or boil 😋
