This year the weather was harsh, we had a long period of drought in the area. Cannabis is a tough plant, it has amazing surviving skills.
Last month, I tried to find all the males in the garden. I took them out of the ground before they would sprout the pollen all over the garden and fertilize the desired female flowers. I used male flowers for tea and I left the rest on the ground for green composting.
This cool looking plant is partly conditioned by the lack of chlorophyll, some kind of plant albinism.
Cannabis and beans are great neighbours.
String beans are so useful in the kitchen.
The pumpkins are beautiful this year.
I love hot peppers, soon I will pick them up and prepare hot sauce.
I planted pink oyster mushrooms in the spring, I get loads of them almost every week now.
Trying to survive the drought, some of the vegetables didn't make it through the hailing.
Cranberries produced a huge amount of fruits this year.
OH my goodness, I loved this post!
I loved your absolute ode to hemp and it's benefits, your passion for medicinal plants and vegetables, and wow, the oyster mushrooms growing outside in the garden, topped off by a GORGEOUS selfie of you that I totally loved!
Thanks for sharing - I feel so inpsired !
Love to eat oyster mushrooms and they are nice to look at too. I will definitely try to grow different mushrooms next year I really got excited! 😃💪
I'm really grateful for the hemp this year, I really use loads of CBD 😃😋Thank you @riverflows, that's so kind! 😊
You have a cool garden with a variety of plants too. The pink oyster mushrooms caught my interest. They look amazing! And what a nice ending to your post with a beautiful sunflower :)
Thank you 😊
The mushrooms are my favourite in the garden this year, they are beautiful to watch and so useful! 😌
I love sunflowers I like to have them in the garden and watch birds pick the seeds there.
Inspiring garden you got there !
pure vitality. hemp plants rock.
thank you for sharing.
Thank you! 😊
Hemp is a tough plant, I'm really grateful that its so beautiful this year according to harsh conditions.
You just gave me the idea that I could also do this kind of technique in planting my pumpkin this summer. Good luck to me (^_^)
Its made out of old palettes and its a good and affoardable material to use for raised beds. Good luck and happy gardening! 😃
You have a great garden 👍😊🌴🌴🌴
Thank you @elricmoonslayer! 😁🤠😇
Great garden! I am amazed at your hemp plants...what kind of variety are you growing?... because you said you also smoke them. I used to grow cannabis before when I still have space, I dried them...and I still use them when I make brownies.
Thank you 😊
We grow Tiborszallasi a Hungarian strain one of a very few allowed to grow in Slovenia. It's not that rich of a plant but we try to make it as nice as possible with taking out males before they pollinate the females.
Brownies are the best! 😋😍
Oh no! Not hail! But most everything looks wonderful, unless you got the photos before the storm...
Actually the photos are from the raised gardens that are under the roof of our house and those got really beautiful as it was protected and watered. The garden exposed to the storm and drought didn't really produce a lot and most of the plants died only hemp produced ok as it's a tough plant. 💪
I'm really grateful for the harvests as it was a harsh year. 🙏💚🍀
Ahhhh! Well, at least you had those in protection.
Really glad so 🤗🍀
Really awesome pics!!! And how about that cool selfie? amazing!
Thank you @edprivat! So nice to hear from you! 🍀🤗
Marijuana, you have to visit my country, but here growing cannabis is illegal and going to jail, have heard aceh, haha a little embarrassed to say but aceh is a cannabis nest in indonesia
Would love to visit! Kind of don't wish to go to jail, but thc is here also illegal only not that strict about it...
Yes, we have countries with different laws😅
Good post and great work 👍
Thanks 😁
