Yeah, I think you are going to have a lot of really good luck with them. You will eventually have enough that you can do the cool braiding thing. The scapes are fun to harvest in the early summer too.

Nice, looking forward to it. In the instruction guide it said to plant them deeper if winters are more severe. I only planted mine around 3 inches but would have probably had to double that if I was further north.
I don't think I planted mine that deep, so that could be part of the reason I had such bad luck with them.
