Hello to all beautiful gardeners. How are you guys I hope our plant in the garden grows well even though the weather is hot.
Today I want to share with you what I did in the garden last week. Aside from watering and applying organic fertilizer, I still add organic fertilizer as well.
On a good Friday, we cooked a "ginataang halo-halo" I collected all the skins of the ingredients. These are sweet potato skin, banana skin, rotten banana, and ube skin and I also added the skin of the fruit that my daughter ate. I thought that they were a bit wet and I also thought that somehow it was refreshing to the plant. Even in this way, the heat felt by the plants in the garden can be alleviated a little bit.
And what I did was I put them in the basin and cut them into small pieces.
Then I immediately put it on each plant and water it afterward.
And about my problem with chayote, if you remember from my previous post, I did all the advice and it was effective in what I saw this morning. With some daily watering twice a day and application of organic fertilizer, the result is good.
The new chayote leaves right now are big and very healthy compared to the old ones.
Thank you very much for your advice friends I saved my chayote with your help.
And because I was happy and inspired, I added another new chayote and now a leaf has come out.
And this morning I was walking around checking my plants. And I was happy to see that the tomato had grown and come out of the hole. Everything is healthy and compatible with organic fertilizer.
And the eggplant. The leaf gradually becomes bigger and taller a little bit and almost come out to the hole where it was planted.
And moving to string beans, it's even more fun because it has fruit. I didn't even notice it blooming because I was focused on the chayote problem. It surprised me because I didn't expect it.
And when I went to aggrivet because I bought dog food for my pet dog, I saw a pechay or snow cabbage seeds there. And I immediately bought it.
And the next day I immediately planted it.
And this morning I was really happy to see them grow. Right now I am looking for an area and I will prepare the land to plant it.
And also checked my ornamental plants after putting sawdust, rice hulls, and animal poops, and their response is also good.
And this kind of caladium has almost no leaves before and now has a new leaf after applying organic fertilizer.
And this plant has a new baby plant that has grown.
And my turtleback plant almost died and I was stressed about it. And now as I check, the response of the plant is very good because the leaf is new and very healthy.
And the tri-color has a baby plant. Before it's look hopeless because its leaves were thin and broken. And now after a few weeks of applying organic fertilizer, this is the result, it has a baby plant.
And the Peace Lilly today, it's bear flowers. It also hasn't bloomed for a long time since it wilted because I forgot to water it.
And this yellow candle made me happier because of the many flowers. It just happened today and maybe it's because of the hot weather or because of the organic fertilizer that was applied a few weeks ago.
And my mulberry giving fruits again after applying organic fertilizer. As we can see some fruits are already ripe.
And this is the picture taken on this day and the situation here in our country where the weather is hot. The bananas and plants around us were withered.
And even though the weather is hot, the plants continue to fight through the help and advice of our friends and the efforts of us farmers to save the plants and especially the vegetable plants because it is one of the things that help us in our daily needs.
And how are your plants in the garden? I hope your plants are okey and growing well.
Until next time my dear friends and hope you like what I shared with you.
Bye everyone and takes good care.
We usually compost whatever we can and then add the compost to the plants, but this method is good too. You have a green thumb for sure. Nice garden.
