Wow, that's a lot of seeds, what bliss to be able to grow so many veggies. I barely have enough space for a few plants on the balcony of my apartment and for now, I only grow some aromatic herbs and I have a tomato plant.

Growing herbs is my favorite! There is nothing better than fresh ones to add to your recipes. Perhaps one day you will have more space. I am always running out of room, lol.
