RE: My Other Plants

in HiveGardenlast month

Your other plants really dive me into thinking what could have Mark Watney done better in Mars during his 3 years stay there.

For a moment I was thinking if you can pluck a piece of aloe vera, sliced it up and make honey lemon drink. Come to think of it, this also reminds me how I killed my grandma's aloe plant when I was a child. She used to send me outdoor and pee on her plants to "enrich" them. Until one time I decided these alien looking plants that have no leaf needed some nourishment, I brought them down from the rack which exceeded my firing(watering should I say) range, lay the pot on the ground and gave them a proper feeding session.

I'm not sure if any of these plants other than the aloe would have benefitted his stay on Mars. The aloe has a lot of uses so maybe it would have been helpful in some ways, but a lot of plants for bio-diversity purposes and oxygen production is a good thing too I think.

That's a wild story about your grandma's aloe. Hopefully you didn't get scolded too much for that, you were trying to "enrich" them after all. 😂

Usually those are outdoor plants, quite immune to the "saltiness" as rain water pours in and wash away the corrosive agents in human waste. I can see those plants with me nurturing do perform better than the plants at the other side which is not too convenient for me to do it as i have seen a long hair tall girl stay that side(you know what I mean). As of the aloe and cactuses are on a rack where grandma will pull them in the shades during rain. I was in the idea of thinking grandma being abusive NOT allowing them to drink, as a result they don't have leafs 😅 not entirely my fault though, she did ask me to water the plantS 🌵
