Thien My Farm is a flower and fruit farm owned by Mr. Luong, a man who left the largest city in Vietnam, Ho Chi Minh, 20 years ago to buy land and farm in Mang Den. According to Mr. Luong, 20 years ago he decided to sell his 3-storey house in one of the richest districts of Ho Chi Minh City, and started farming in Mang Den because he loved trees.
At that time, Mang Den was still a wild land, little known and tourism was not yet developed. He simply grew flowers and fruit trees to satisfy his love of nature. He bought a hill with an area of 20 hectares and far from the district center at that time. At that time, infrastructure, roads, electricity, water were still lacking, and he had to rely on himself a lot.
To this day, Thien My farm has become very beautiful and is one of the favorite destinations for tourists when they come to Mang Den. With the method of intercropping different types of flowers, it seems that there are always beautiful flowers blooming at Thien My Farm. Besides, you can also easily find many attractive fruits at the Farm such as strawberries, mulberries, Taiwanese mulberries, tomatoes, jackfruit, macadamia, guava, sim fruit, etc.
And we had an interesting morning exploring Mr. Luong's Thien My. We and he have known each other for a long time, so every time we visit him, he is very happy and always welcomes us.
