Darn, I thought you were going to show us how you use the mesquite beans to make food... 😀
I would imagine that the pods would make good mulch.

Well now that you mention it, out of the two places I was homeless in the Las Vegas area in 2019 (when I stopped posting on steem) was a 20 acre land parcel across the street from Creech Airforce base. You know the drone base...
This property was sectioned off in two parcels. One part was Western Shoshone private property and the other half was a Temple of Sehkmut. But most importantly it is an oasis in the desert full of Mesquite trees. Lots do have mistletoe though.😢
I was there for only 2 months but learned a lot about mesquite beans and how to harvest. Not many pictures but some.
I even gave my friend who let me stay there in a tent my $500.00 Korean top of the line commercial blender just to blend the bean pods and seeds properly and efficiently. Also my mason jar air vacuum pumps so he could store and sell the bean powder.

Would you like to know more? Or where to stop by and get some while in the area?

Very cool that the Mesquite tree does all of that. It also is great for the BBQ!

Yes! The mesquite burns nice, hot and slow!
