Yes, it is nice to have a garden and grow things, but as you say, it's also hard work and you need to be consistent. I'm not sure if I'm going to post about the liqueur, but it's easy. You harvest the walnuts in May or June, wash and cut them in 4. Then add sugar, spiced and brandy in the end. Let is rest for a month, then drain the liquid and let it mature for 6 months. Will be perfect for Christmas :)
Sí, es bueno tener un jardín y cultivar cosas, pero como dices, también es un trabajo duro y debes ser constante. No estoy seguro si voy a publicar sobre el licor, pero es fácil. Cosechas las nueces en mayo o junio, las lavas y las cortas en 4. Luego le agregas azúcar, especias y brandy al final. Dejar reposar durante un mes, luego escurrir el líquido y dejar madurar durante 6 meses. Será perfecto para Navidad :)
