Haha Not all .. still learning too and I do enjoy looking at your garden :)

One the second photo is Aeonium.
On the third photo the tall blooming one is Echeveria, but I don't know which type.
The hanging baskets on the lemon tree - Sedum burrito.
And the lovely round cactus its Echinopsis (Oygona?). Very pretty!! :)
The nasty one under with mean spines - Echinacactus Grusonii. I have one too.
And your "snake cactus" is Senecio (stapeliiformis maybe?)

Some more echeverias on the way looking great too! They really enjoy it there.
