Helloooo and welcome to the second edition of the new garden shed!
This editorial is designed to celebrate the week's great posts on HIVE - the ones you might have missed and are feeling slightly sad that you haven't been as pro-active in the Hive Garden as you would have liked! It's always nice to support our fellow gardeners, so if you missed these, go and give them a bit of love in the form of an upvote or a comment or both!
Ouch - the Hive Price! Never mind...
It's been a bit of a quiet week given the Hive price has dropped so, but we've been here before - those that continue to tend their garden often have a great opportunity to get noticed more! So put on your overalls and gloves and get in the garden, and take some snaps and observations as you go!
Have You Been Tipped?
We've also been tipping the best posts of the week, so congratulations to those of you that have recieved a little extra. By upvoting THIS post and other @gardenhive posts, you support people being rewarded for bringing YOU tips and inspiration in the form of great garden content!
This Week's Garden Magic
If you haven't met @owasco, go and say hi. She's been the busy bee whilst @riverflows has been away, commenting on people's blogs to make them feel appreciated. But she's an awesome gardener in her own right. Whilst she might think her garden is a chaotic mess, she also acknowledges this scruffiness also showcases a bountiful harvest. If you have any tomato growing tips, go give her a hand here.
We really appreciate a garden post with a recipe for what to do with the harvest. Want something to do with peas? Check out @hindavi's recipe for a kitchari.
@godslove123 shared this post about a orchard centre. It's always fascinating to visit nurseries and other people's gardens via HIVE, and we appreciate you taking the time to share!
Did you see your tip?
@hindavi, @owasco and @godslove123 and all received a tip this week.
Have a wonderful week, and happy gardening!
Don't forget that you can write your #gardenjournal any time, and do join in the weekly challenges. The new prompt comes out every Saturday but you can write on any of the prompts any time you like for a chance to be supported through reblogs, upvotes and tips, and features in this newsletter!
