Hello to everyone in the hive garden community.
I will like to share with you once again the picture from my garden.
This is a pineapple plant in my garden, it is a succulent type of fruit, it is also a type of fruit plant that loves cool weather. Although in my country we normally plant this fruit beside a river because of the hot weather I planted this in my garden because I can easily take good care of it.
The pines of the fruit can easily harm your hand if you are not careful because of the sharp edge, the edge has a thorning-like structure.
This plant is like fertile loamy soil, if there is no loamy soil around you, will have to get some into your garden before planting it. Pineapple 🍍 plant may take up to three years before fruiting does it quite a long time and you have to wait patiently for it to fruit.
When you plant this fruit in a garden you will have to water 💧 it regularly as I have earlier said that it like cool weather so you must always water it you may even provide a little shade to prevent abstract sunlight from it, but this may not be necessary for temperate countries.
In other to propagate this fruit plant you will have to cut the stalk that attaches to the fruit then plant it in good loamy soil, after some weeks it will start shooting out with roots. It may take some years before this stalk that has been planted can produce fruit.
People love to eat this fruit pineapple 🍍 so I planted it in my garden for my consumption and also to entertain my visitors when any of them is around.
it will be nice if you can also plant this fruit plant in your garden.
Thanks for checking the pictures from my garden.
Have a lovely weekend!!!!
I wish I could also plant pineapple in my vegetable garden. Greetings from the Philippines!
Hello! Friend, it will be good if you can. And it is very easy to grow.
Regards!
That is a beautiful flower on your pineapple plant, friend! I have a plant, for many years now, in a pot and it has not bloomed yet. It is a very large pot with more than enough soil in my opinion.
Ok, I think you can try to add animal dung to it but you have to water it very well also. Try this friend.
Regards!!
Thanks!
