Hello.
There are many things that can be done to make hydroponics, you can use any used items that can hold water. For example, like hydroponics from used Styrofoam from imported wine shipping containers, buckets, used plastic drinking bottles or from water pipes. So, actually there are many ways to make hydroponics by utilizing anything that can hold water.
It would be very good if you could use pipes, because pipes are very easy to shape and also if you have a water pump with low pressure, it will help the water flow to all sides easily. If the water can flow, then the water and fertilizer will be evenly mixed to all sides and of course the roots of the hydroponic vegetables.
For that, this time I made 4 hydroponic pipe installations (again). As a person who is trusted to make hydroponic installations, there is a school that wants to order it for a learning tool about hydroponics. There is one thing that I am happy about, it means that there are many schools that understand and understand the needs of agriculture today. Agriculture as a learning tool and making it a way for people to understand gardening and planting is a very encouraging thing. A very bright future.
Not 100% ready yet, the progress is still very slow, this is about 40% ready because I made it slowly because I was also waiting for the seeds to be ready to be planted and will be processed later by the school. They want to make lettuce, so some lettuce and also water spinach will be the first vegetables to be planted in the hydroponic pipe installation.
Wait, can you see some of the tools I use to make this hydroponic very simple? Basically making hydroponic pipes is very simple, you need a ruler, pencil, pipe cutter, cutter and pipe glue. These are some of the most essential materials in making hydroponic pipes.
Oh wait, for an update from my garden, this time there is lettuce that was titrated yesterday. You remember that last week the lettuce I planted was still very small and now it has started to grow taller. Lettuce has unique characteristics, one of which is the process from day 1-20, it feels very soft, even like it has no progress and you feel that the lettuce you planted will take a very long time to grow but believe me, from day 25 to harvest, the progress will be very fast and without realizing it it has grown bigger and heavier. Finally it can be ready to harvest and enjoyed.
I also have water spinach, because the pak coy that I planted last month is already big and ready to be harvested, but this time we will only consume all the pak coy and not sell it. Pak coy is one of the favorites of people at home, especially if it is stir-fried with sesame oil and lots of garlic. it is a food that can waste rice.
Call me Isdarmady, because I have a full name that is very long, namely Isdarmady Syahputra Ritonga. I am a head of the family who work as Farmers Vegetables Hydroponic and Consultant Hydroponics, sometimes I also sell coffee from various regions in Indonesia.
I have expertise dispensing coffee with a variety of techniques and tools brewing, because I have the desire to make a coffee shop with hydroponics as centerpieces. Help me realize that dream.
Thanks for read, vote, re-blog and support me in Hive. Maybe god will reward the kindness, let’s success together.
Brilliant mate! The father in law and I have been thinking about setting up a hydroponic rig using loads of old pvc water pipe we have lying around. May I ask how you suspend the seeds in the water to stop them floating around? No doubt a silly question but we get so many answers to this that we are confused!
Thanks so much and best wishes to you and your family :-)
you need Netpot, its like small basket and you need for hyrdoponic pvc.
Perfect. Thank-you. I'm all over Shopee now to find them!
Hydroponic is a great way...and you did it ... great 👍
Thankyou so much, Although there are still pros and cons with hydroponics, it is very helpful.
