Greetings to all friends of the Hive Garden community, I hope all friends are well and smooth in carrying out their daily tasks and routines.
I am a newcomer to #HIVE and this is my first post in the hive garden community and other communities after a few days ago introducing myself to the OCD Community.
Gardening is my daily routine, I even make ends meet from gardening by selling garden produce to the market.
There are several types of plants that I grow in my garden, for example Curly Sweet Potato.
This plant is used for its leaves, although curly yam can produce tubers, but its slightly bitter taste makes the curly yam tubers rarely consumed.
These are cucumbers that have just grown and are still very susceptible to disease, lack of water and also pest attacks. I have to watch it closely so that these cucumbers can grow well and produce as expected.
This is a cucumber that has started producing fruit, almost every stem of this cucumber is producing fruit. In fact, in about 2 weeks, I can harvest these cucumbers and take them to the market to sell.
Even some friends come to visit almost every day just to look around or ask about how to grow cucumbers even though I'm not an expert.
In the morning and evening I am in the garden, cleaning and also paying attention to the plants so that they are always in fertile condition. If these plants are attacked by disease then the risk of crop failure will confront me in the future.
I also still have a few blocks of vacant land, I will plant several types of other productive crops there.
Thank you for all your attention, please support suggestions from all my friends.
That's a huge land and plenty of goodies you have there. Cucumbers are looking cute.
I see you're new so please make sure to reply to every comment you get and engagement is key on hive.
Indeed, there are still many locations that I can plant here. Thanks for telling me friend.
Welcome to Hive and what an impressive garden. I hope the cucumbers survive the lack of water and disease possibility. Looking forward to the harvest in 2 weeks like you said.
