Hi @juanvegetarian oh my, ginataang langka is mouthwatering. I tried making one at home before but the unripe jackfruit wasn't tender enough. Do you often cook some?
It's really one of the best Filipino dishes for me. We usually have ginataang langka whenever the jack-fruit tree is in the mood. Waiting for a few more days to get one from our tree since it is in season already. ๐
