Hello friends, my fellow gardeners!
I don't work today, I'm very happy.
I love my garden and my plants, flowers and my fruit trees.
Their growth brings joy and happiness to my soul and eyes.
I’m really looking forward to spring so I can plant more flowers and plants.
I’m already looking at horticulture offerings on what to buy.
I would love to plant all the plants in the world in my garden. 😍
Today was wonderful, sunny weather in my country with +16 degrees! Yay!
My first thing was to look at my garden, what had changed in the last three days.
I decided it was time to start the spring work in the garden.
As you know, in Europe and in Hungary, where I live, the number of hours of sunshine for 3 months is very small in winter.
Everything is grey, no colors, just barren trees, no green to cheer up.
True, it's only mid-February, but minor work can already be done.
I grabbed my new blue rake and raked the fallen needles from the 20-year-old pine tree next to the patio and the remaining walnut leaves that were leftover from winter.
As I cleaned the garden, I noticed that I discovered that green shoots were emerging from the ground.
Primula and hyacinth.
And I also found many snowdrops bushes.
I also found a blue forget-me-not in the grass, such a cute wildflower.
I was so happy the sun was shining so I cleaned the whole garden of the thuja needles next to the fence.
You can see I collected 3 bags.
It is forbidden to burn in Hungary, so I will empty these bags in the woods.
In the back garden, last year's pansy came to life, some of which are in bloom again.
When I see these beautiful colors after a long grey winter, they cheer my heart and soul.
In front of the house is a wooden flower box made of its own handmade logs.
Here, too, the pansy plants are beautiful, green, and healthy, but they are not yet in bloom because there is more shade here.
I found a blooming primula in the grass next to the flower box, I was very happy.
This primula I moved from my parents ’garden a few years ago.
And another very good news!
My first beetle friend also woke up from his winter sleep and was happily sunbathing on a branch of a hibiscus bush.
Spring is really coming now!
Thank you so much for reading my article and this is my entry to the GroVid22 challenge by @bluefinstudios.
Have a beautiful evening!

wow, what beautiful flowers! Did you ever try composting those leaves? I usually use pine needles to put around plants that need more acidic soil, too. I don't know much about it anyway, just things I read somewhere.
Я бы тоже хотела посадить все растения мира, но увы мой сад всего лишь 1 гектар

Awwwwwww!
Firstly, I'm good to be coming across such beautiful gardening post although i have zero knowledge but i loved reading your post. It held a lot of passion.
Secondly, to plant the plants in the whole word? 👀... Quite the dream you have there. But I still love it.
Thirdly, I have seen forget-me-nots just once and it was on TV in a Philippines drama. So they are of different colors I presume?
Fourthly, that's quite the beetle. I like how you described it. Made me see a beauty I didn't know was there.
I do really love your post. Cheers 💕
Hi Judit! How are you? So nice you had some time to spend on your garden. I love your flowers and your beetle friend is too cute!😊

It's still winter here, I'm cleaning the garden, we have to wait until May to plant flowers.
Have a beautiful Sunday!Hi my dear friend, @@@coquicoin! 😍
Your flowers are so beautiful, I wish I could have a flower garden but because of the weather here, it is hard to keep one.
Yay! 🤗
