Hey Everyone!!
About a month ago, I brought a few eggplant plants from the nursery and planted them in pots on my terrace and also in my garden. It was an exciting experience, but there were moments when I felt they wouldn’t grow anymore. Their progress seemed slow, and the leaves started shrinking, making me doubt if they would survive.
However, nature has its own way of surprising us! Over the past few days, I have noticed significant changes. The leaves have started looking healthier and fresher, bringing back my hope for a fruitful harvest. And now, the most exciting part – the flowering stage has begun!
Eggplant flowers are truly beautiful. They have a delicate purple hue with a bright yellow center, standing out against the rich green leaves. In some of my plants, the flowers have bloomed fully, making the plants look even more vibrant. I have also noticed that one flower has already bloomed and dried, which means the fruiting stage is not far away.
Though none of my plants have produced eggplants yet, I am eagerly waiting for that moment. Watching these plants grow from tiny saplings to healthy flowering plants has been a rewarding journey. Soon, these flowers will turn into eggplants, and I will finally get to see the fruits of my efforts.
I will continue to document this process and share more pictures when the eggplants start forming. Gardening has taught me patience and perseverance, and I can't wait to see my plants grow even further. If you love gardening, I encourage you to try growing eggplants—they are resilient, beautiful, and rewarding to nurture!
Stay tuned for more updates on my eggplant-growing journey!
The fact that the flowers have come out is already a very good sign that soon those eggplants will appear, just wait and continue taking care of this plant 😊
