We have all had to make decisions at some point in time that we don't know how to make. We go round and round in our head, start over again, rethink and nothing happens.
The next day we think we are going to move forward, we go back to the same thing and the agitation of the day does not allow us to reach the answer so much desired by the situation we are going through.
Suddenly it occurs to you to go out to ventilate the mind, to give that much needed respite and wham comes the answer, the serenity, we are filled with good vibes, with great joy we realize that visiting our friend nature helps us a lot
Our ideas become clearer, our thoughts see other horizons, we finally find the long-awaited way out of the situation that overwhelmed us. Everything is clearer and our ideas flow in search of that solution, well at least we can get rid of that worry that makes us feel unhappy
I recommend that in those moments in which we do not find the way out, we visit places that connect us with nature
I have always heard that the color green is healing, it leads us to find our essence. Remember, rest, but don't give up
Some species of living beings warn us that if they can, we human beings can also get where we want to go, we can also do what we want to achieve

I really like the cat picture 😍
Hello @mysteriousroad I tell you something the cats that are like stuffed are asylum cats and there is a church, I was impressed because they did not move at all and the other cat in the window was like a stray looking for something, but was restless.

I love the concept of 'ventilating the mind' - that makes sense. I think we say 'go get some fresh air, you'll feel better'. Time in nature is always a balm.
