Greetings garden lovers,

How is everyone I hope that we are doing well and happy today? It's been a while since I last updated the status of my garden. To be honest, I haven't really stopped gardening, the only reason I can't update my garden is that I'm away from home because of my work.

I only have a few vegetable crops left as of today however my ornamental plants are still on a good number of them because they have more chances to survive with little care.

There is very little left from my vegetable crop I can only count them. So in the last few weeks, I thought of planting new seedlings to fill them.

And since I didn't take a photo of the first day of planting, I'll show you two weeks after I started planting the seeds.

This was probably the rows of long chilies and eggplants I was quite confused to identify them because the leaves are the same at this stage but I'm sure that I, plant them row by row

This one is the okras only a few of them survive because chickens probably eat the seeds while sprouting.

When I go back to plant new crops, I am filled with doubt because I know that after I plant them, the next day I will return to the city again to work and I will only be able to return two weeks later. For us, there is no other that focuses on taking care of my plants because my husband has a job and the in-laws are busy with other things like raising our pigs, and taking care of the house, and my kids and my kids also are too young to think of the plants I leave at home.

Yesterday I come home because I was off from work for two days but That's it and what I was afraid of has arrived. The last time I came home, I didn't put them in the ground because they are too young and I want them to be strong when I come back if I transfer them to the ground. But instead of being excited when I arrived, I was devastated because of what I saw.

Where I would have been happy thinking about where to put them, they were all gone. It's maddening to think that no one has ever seen them in this condition no one even thinks to water it regularly. Hubby said they didn't notice and the chickens ate it and it was so dry that most of it really died.

As a result, I got failed in my first attempt after being mostly away from home for almost 6 months now. However, I will surely be trying more to find a way to succeed again.

I checked the rotten bell pepper that I ask from one of my friends in the marketplace a few weeks ago they are now dry and some germinated already. I also see other varieties of seeds I kept in the room to decide which one I would make another try.

Despite the failure that I had today hopefully one of them will succeed and I'll be looking forward to sharing it with you soon guys.
Happy Gardening and Wish me luck garden lovers☺.

I fully understand your frustration, I would be furious too. At that stage the seedlings or seeds need watering and care, which is not a big thing as it can take up 10 minutes a day. I don't what to criticize anyone, but no matter how busy you are, you can spare 10 minutes. After all it is for your future food.

I hope you can convince them to be more careful and spare 10 minutes to care for the seedlings. Fingers crossed.

You are right. I really tell hubby that they are only happy when there are many visible fruits but they don't take the time to water at least. I said I'm going to plant seedlings again today and I want them to focus on taking care of it while I'm away.
