Relishing my great harvest and waiting for the last production to return to the land I used for gardening.

Greetings garden lovers,

How are you I hope you are all doing well. I hope your beloved gardens are also abundant with the produce you struggle to nurture. In this blog, there is nothing completely new about my garden because at this time I am tasting the fruit of my effort to plant different kinds of vegetables on the land I borrowed from a neighbour a few months ago.

love to have these two buddies in my gardening session always😘(Carlo is in front, not very visible because he is already down the post.)

And because the okra produces fruit quickly, its life span is also short so here you can see its leaves gradually fall off. Meanwhile, the eggplants are gradually bearing fruit, so their life span is longer than okras.

Right now I don't really have any freshly prepared crops to plant and weeds are growing so much with my crops. Honestly, I've been very busy with the job I'm trying to apply for in the city a few weeks ago that's why I don't have enough time to take care of my crops. But despite that, I have really picked a lot already and I even sold most of them, so today I will also show you some of the ones I can get from the garden and the other fruits that I am about to taste very soon.

These are just some of the ones I took pictures of when I picked them. There is actually more okra than eggplants because okra grows faster than eggplants and sometimes I also get a few pieces of string beans because I planted them later compared to the two and look at my beans they are so long this was the one I receive from the Department Of Agriculture if you remember my blog before.

One of the things I harvested was some tomatoes that survived when we were brought in by the high tide last month.

I was also able to harvest some of my fully grown green long chillies and I'm happy to see more flowers are coming their way.

I also have this unexpected member I didn't plant these jute leaves, but they grow on their own, even if the land is ploughed over and over again, they still grow and it looks like they've been there for a lifetime.

As for my sweet potatoes, the old leaves are gradually falling off and this is good because when this happens, we will soon be able to harvest its tubers, so we will just wait a few weeks and we will try to see this.

Some pumpkins are close to growing. From what I saw, there were only two of them, but I don't know if there were others that I didn't see yet.

Right now I'm very happy with what I've harvested but at the same time, I'm regretting it because I heard from the land owner that the land will be taken back. After all, they will plant corn in the entire area. So who am I not to, so for now I will just wait for when they will demand to remove my crops. It's a waste because there are so many more fruits coming but I have nothing to do but accept it.

That's all for the new update, I will make sure that next time I will plant on our own land so that this does not happen again.😄

Happy Gardening garden lovers💚💛🧡

oh wow... there is some really big produce in there! that is awesome. I used to grow Okra. but have not yet planted it this season. No room. But i do love the taste.

looks like your garden can really give you lots of food.

Thanks for sharing

Thank you very much, I am happy to hear that I have one of my hive co-gardeners growing okra in a foreign country. I really harvest a lot of it and I can't seem to eat it almost every day so I usually give it to family and neighbours and sometimes sell it too. Hopefully, I can hand some to you since you like them @blingit 😃. Thanks for dropping by.🧡💛💚

What you have harvested looks great, epically the eggplant which we have no luck with at all.
That's the longest string been I have ever seen, just that one alone makes for a meal.
I love seeing the little ones in the garden. So much to experience and learn, playing in the dirt is a kid's dream come true.

It must be devastating knowing that the land you have done so much gardening on may be taken back by the landowner. I hope you still will have a plot that you can use in the future even if it's not as big as the plot you have now.
