Hello nature and garden lovers !
Today i would like to share all about happened in our garden in November month... from success to failure.
November month is good for our garden...where we did the first harvesting of okra and plugh spinach many times .
Last month Our curry leaves plant was also damaged...So we had trimmed that plant a lot and After a few days quite fresh and good leaves started appearing....And many new plants have also been planted near it....
So, first have a look to our curry leaves plant ☘️ :
Here you can see how fresh and green leaves appear this time...and growth of the plant is also good.
This is my daily routine of plucking fresh curry leaves for cooking. This really makes the food more healthy and tasty.
About cucumber plants:
25% of our cucumber plants were damaged but All other plants are growing well....Flowers have also started blooming in them...And there are tendrils also start to shown. We have shifted all the plants to deep grow bags And sticks have been installed to grow the vine....This is our first time growing cucumbers, i am excited to see all process of growing these plants.
Here you can enjoy all the pictures of cucumber plants from my garden :
Bottle gourd :
We grew both cucumber and bottle gourd plants together...The growth of bottle gourd plants is slow. Although almost all the plants are healthy and are growing...
About Coriander leaves :
We planted coriander leaves in 3 pots....We used some market seeds and some whole coriander seeds....And surprisingly Whole corinader seeds have grown and they are now quite healthy and ready for harvesting.
Spinach :
A few days ago I shared about spinach growth form our garden and share about our first harvesting. After that I plucked spinach several times and This really gives me a lot of happiness ....To plucked fresh spinach and cook food for family....Even today I plucked spinach from the garden and made spinach paratha...This was really very delicious and the satisfaction level was also very high.
About okra :
Last time i shared about our okra plants and We did the first harvesting...The taste of Okra was really amazing . It was quite different from market okra.
Now after a day or two, enough okra has grown for the second harvesting.
Having the fruits of one's own hard work truly gives immense happiness....Now I am really enjoying making food for the family from the vegetables grown by myself and I am also quite excited.
Now I am waiting for the cucumber and bottle of gourd to be appear :-) Hope I'll share about their harvesting next month .
It must taste more delicious when it is harvested by oneself, plus it has more nutrients and is healthier, hopefully someday I can do the same 😊
Indeed 😊
