The first one I'm introducing is the Orejon Oregano. This is one of my favorites because, in addition to using it to season food, I use it to make a tea with its leaves to relieve my headaches. I also use it when I have constipation and to relieve the discomfort of the flu when I have a bad cough. It's great to have it at home and use it to relieve those ailments.
I'm introducing you to another of my favorites: Turmeric. I wanted to have it in my home because, in addition to being very beautiful, it has great medicinal benefits. When I want to relax after a busy day, I make a turmeric tea, and if I add a few drops of lemon, it relieves my stomach bloating. It's best to see a doctor for regular checkups, but a turmeric tea is good for feeling good.
Another plant I want to show you is this one. All I know is that it's very pretty. I don't know its name, but it has some very pretty flowers.
I'm showing you all three together, and in the video, I show you how I'm giving them a little care, cleaning them, and watering them so they'll look even prettier. I'll show them to you in a future video.
