I had the chance to explore the surroundings of the Catholic Church in our town when I went there with Mama last month. It's just a quick stroll to pass the time. I never get the chance to do this, especially during our visit there to attend the mass. One main reason is because there's always a lot of people watching. And they might see me crawling and bending over if I take photos, lol. That would be embarrassing, even with my mask on and a cap.
But last month, because I went there on a regular day, I had the chance to sightsee without thinking that I might disturb everyone. I enjoy it, to be honest. I love that the office of the church is surrounded with different plants. I even see a tiny mushroom in one of the pot. It's actually just the usual mushrooms that I often see at home. What I actually want to encounter is a unique kind of mushroom, but I guess that's impossible here in our place.
By the way, here's the other entrance/exit of the church. It's been a long time since I last used this entrance. There's one more on the other side, actually. I remember we're always having a hard time passing at every end of the mass because it is flooded with a lot of people. Ahh, those are the days.
This is an old tree on the side of the church. It bears flowers now, not sure what kind of flowers those are. It's so white and really pretty. It fits the purity of the church.
Now going back to the garden near the office of the church. It was really pleasant outside. Even if your business in the office takes a lot of time, it will be bearable because of the surroundings ⟵(๑¯◡¯๑). There's a lot of plants to admire and see. It can be a subject too for a photographs just like what I did ┏(^0^)┛. There's just one particular plant that caught my attention here.
I just think it is shaped like a butterfly, with how they grow like this, isn't it really interesting? It has a pretty pattern too at the front. Even the color is really lovely.
I tried to search it via Google Lens, it shows a result, and I learned that its name has "butterfly" on it. It is called the Red Butterfly Wing Plant, it has a purplish and reddish combination - such a pretty color for a pretty plant, right? Lucky for me because when I discovered this plant, it already has blooming flowers. They are so tiny, and I think, with just a light bump, they will fall to the ground.
And aside from butterfly-shaped plants, here's more that you can find in this humble garden. They are making this place more lively and bright.
They also have plants in a pot, as well as those plants in the ground, carefully planted in there. Very organized, right?
Another lovely greens. I think if we put, hmmm, some kind of flower in those tiny spaces on each side, it will look even lovelier. What do you think? Or is it a bad idea? For them to look more lovelier, we have to think first about what kind of flowers to plant in there. But wait, it's not our garden, so I should really just make my own (≧▽≦).
By the way, here's the mushroom I saw in one of the pots. I will never find it if I don't sit and check. They are hiding on those big plants, in between, and because they are so tiny, it will be very hard to spot them. Glad I checked. Ehehe.
Aside from receiving good news that day, being surrounded by such beauty is one amazing blessing for me. Thats why being with nature can do a lot for us, humans . I'm glad I get to explore this space in our church during our visit last month \(^o^)/.

woah, so many plants and flowers, nature is so incredible for this, it compliments well with the architecture of your church. I would love to walk around and take some pictures too without being afraid that some might make fun of me for bending over and taking pictures HAHAHA
