I love honey bees

And now a bee in my garden is part of my Personalized Hive Garden Journal Banner

When honey bees find out our garden, and often visit, I feel overwhelmed, because it's like getting a certificate for your hard work. I have a dream of creating a big garden and even put bee hives there, to get organic honey, may be some day it will be fulfilled. This year, the garden did catch their attraction, and I was able to take few snaps, which came useful now to design my Personalized Hive Garden Journal Footer. If you want one, then please check this post, thanks to the generosity of our very own @riverflows spending extra time for all of us. I wanted my image to be part of the footer instead of the one that was on offering and she did a nice job, my sincere gratitude for all your help. Seeing our own garden as part of every garden post will always remind us these beautiful times, and inspire us to do more often. Now let me present you some more captures of honey bees from this year :

It takes considerable amount of time and patience to catch them on lens, but it feels nice as well. So out of all these, the top one was my choice to be part of the footer, that you can see below. Did I make the right decision ? Next year, I will try to capture some close ups using the DSLR, but wait, there is a big news about the garden which is kind of good and bad - the society again wants to move my garden. At times I feel pity on those plants, from roof top to the garden and changed place four times already - more to come on this......I am trying not to stress over things that is out of my control, better to go in the direction of flow as we grow older.

There is an inspiration from honey bee. Honey bee extract the honey from flower and flower does not receed in its overall glow, it still remains healthy as it was before. That honey is the tax the flower pay to the ecosystem. The government and the taxation system should be like that where people are more happy to pay taxes like the flower allow the bee to extract honey.

You have captured the best shot of the honey.

Cheers.

What a lovely interpretation.

What a beautiful, happy post @sanjeevm - and your new banner is lovely and it totally fits you!

Thank you so much for the lovely design.

I needed to start planting flowers around my vegetable garden because my plants weren't doing well. They weren't pollinating the way they needed to. It's been a while since I had a proper garden, but bees are fascinating creatures!

I think, once they do well, you will be inspired to do more. Gardening is no less than addiction.

Yes, I can see how that would be the case. I have some ideas for our back yard right now, but I don't know if I will have the ambition (or time and money) to make them a reality!

In Sinhala, it is a common sight for bees to visit a garden with orange-colored das flowers. Since we currently have das flowers in our garden, they often come to drink the nectar.

That's so nice, does the orange color has anything to do ? I mean do they get attracted by color ?

I think bees are more attracted to orange and yellow.

wow! your marigold plants are so beautiful and vibrant. I wish I could grow such amazing plants. I will try to find some seeds to attract honeybees!

Thank you.

Beautiful flowers @sanjeevm, I always love seeing these images of your plants. Well in my country these varieties do not exist.

They are very pretty my friend, greetings from Cuba 🇨🇺. A hug! 😊

Nice post with nice photography Sir.
👌

I love how you took the pictures of the honeybee and not just that but the cute flower too
The flower is so beautiful

Excellent, that bee arrived at the right garden to land on that beautiful flower. The work it is doing in the (garden) is truly incredible.

It’s so funny how I never knew that bees get their honey from flowers
I usually wonder what bees have to do with flowers but now, I get it
Tganks

nice garden & nice photos, "I have a dream of creating a big garden and even put bee hives there, to get organic honey" that's 1 of my dreams specially that i've heard about the "Stingless bee" as that makes things easier, about the footer yes i think u made the right choice. have a great day

Those are amazing to see bee and flower. Both are so beautiful nice. Nice photos

Very high quality. These bees suck the fresh juice of flowers and produce a rare thing for us called honey, which is used in the treatment of many diseases and also tastes very good in food. This juice taken from your fresh flower can be a source of health for a sick person. Great Job sir

I love bees!
I like watching them and also photographing them! Hope to be able to do so later on when spring comes
!HUG

In our language, we call them " Damboo Bara wala " and their string is so painful.

In Indonesia, the flower is used to cure colds in children

The bees are collecting honey from your flowers, the scenery is very beautiful. The bees are benefiting a lot from your garden. That's great.

Indeed your hard work and consistency paid off sir. Congratulations. Looking forward to seeing your next year post about the bee

Your dream of having a big garden with hives is an amazing one, imagine fresh organic honey straight from your own backyard, I would love that too. Also, it's a difficult thing to photograph Bees, they never stay still long enough. I hope your garden finds a permanent home soon

Bees are essential for life, every little help to them is great and welcomed, your flowers help the world

That is true, my friend, it takes a lot of patience and several attempts to capture some photographs where the bees look good, but visiting your garden, as you say in the post, means that you are doing a great job with the flowers.

Honey bee
Most of the time, people always focus on the harm honey bee does but sometimes honey bee can offer us positivity

The photos are incredible, my friend, although they are very difficult to capture well due to all the movement they make. Well, let's hope that everything is resolved soon and that they are not moving the plants from one place to another in a short period of time because just like us, they get stressed and are not able to show how beautiful those flowers can be.

I love bees and it makes me very happy when they come to my garden, I tried to plant flowers with pollen to attract them, but those flowers dried up and died haha anyway there are grass and palm trees that bring out flowers with pollen and that attracts them, they are essential and those flowers are beautiful 😍

Since honey bees are visiting the flowers, everything is fine. It might be a bit dangerous to leave a beehive there. Bee stings can cause serious discomfort.

Ya, more ever others may complain so not doing that, plan for future.

Sanjeevm ji your garden is quite big and will have sufficient amount of nector and so chances are high for bees to build a house next to it. Good luck!

Yes, have a plan for that.
