Remembering the teaching that my Papaya plant left me.

in HiveGarden2 years ago

Hello to all the members of this beautiful community, I hope you are doing great and that your plants are thriving! It is the first time that I publish here, I will show you in the next posts the different plants that I have at the moment. In this opportunity I share with you something I learned through one of my plants, I hope you find it useful.

A few days ago, I was looking at the gallery of my cell phone, and I found this photo that you will see below, in it I show the second Papaya that gave the plant we had at home (later I will tell you the reason why it is not found today). I could not capture the first fruit (in photos) since my mom had grabbed it from the plant, when I saw that I was already going for the remaining Papaya, I hurried and took photos of at least this second one (from the plant), because I knew that at some point I would do a post about it and its teaching.

In spite of not having a large piece of land where I can plant, I cannot complain about the land that was left between a wall and the concrete floor at the back of the house, which has been a blessing, since in that small space, I have harvested: Spinach, Tomatoes, Sweet Pepper and even the fruits of the plant I have been talking about (Papaya), the latter being the largest of all, so far!.

As I did not want to talk about an approximate measurement, a few days ago, I went to measure the ground with the help of a ruler, so that you could observe that its width is quite small, in the following photos you can confirm it (it has 7 centimeters).

From the beginning I doubted that it would grow there, with the passing of time the plant grew, then I doubted that it would bear fruit, because in other occasions I have planted this type of plants there and they had not given results, but this time it ended up giving two beautiful Papayas, big and with very good flavor (super sweet) as I like them!.

When we saw that this plant grew too much, we could no longer have it, and with much sadness we had to cut it, to prevent it from damaging the wall that was right next to it.

Although it is no longer at home, I remember it, because this plant taught me that the experiences I had with the plants that I planted previously in the same place and did not work, did not have to be repeated with it, beyond the condition or limitation of the land, it showed that this was not an impediment and made the difference!.

We must keep in mind that each experience is unique and we must live each one of them, because in the end everything can change!.

I bid you farewell, until the next opportunity, thank you for dedicating your time and reading to the end. Blessings.
