Sweet Italian Pepper in India!

in HiveGarden3 days ago

Namaste!

It was about 30 days ago when I bought this big-sized pepper from the market, attracted by its shiny look and alcoholic aroma. When I brought it home and searched about it, I came to know that it is known as Sweet Italian Pepper (I may be wrong here, but I found sweet Italian papper to be the best match for its size, shape and look).

From the information I gathered about them, I found out that they take about a week to germinate, so I sowed 3 seeds of this in a small cup and kept it near the window in the kitchen where there is only a few hours of partial sunlight in the morning. But even after 12 days, none of the 3 seeds planted in this cup germinated, which is a bit sad, but I did not think of reusing this cup and continued to take care of other plants and seeds. After that, on the morning of the fifteenth day, I saw this little angel peeking out of the soil. 🌱

Seeds germinate and grow in their own time, but as long as they are under the soil, we cannot see their growth and think that maybe due to some reason they did not grow, but once they come out of the soil, their rate of growth becomes clearly visible.

But this was just one of the 3 seeds that were sown. 2 more seeds were yet to germinate (if everything goes well, as it is not necessary to have 100% germination every time). So I waited and after 2 days, this one more sprout came out of the soil.

And then some 3 days ago I saw this third seed peeking out of the soil and with this, I got 100% germination once again. These are the moments of inner happiness when you praise yourself and thank the universe. 🍀

And now these three tiny sprouts are growing beautifully together.
Although I have learnt this lesson earlier as well, this time I got the revision that just like investing, patience plays a big role in gardening too. Every time there doesn't need to be 100 per cent germination at a fixed time but if you have done everything correctly then with patience you will definitely get the fruits of your hard work. 😊

I Hope you enjoyed my Gardening! :)

Good morning sir @untilwelearn how are you?

It's good to see that the seeds you planted have germinated and are growing very well.

I wish you much success in the growth of the plant.

Thank you for your well wishes!

I'm so happy to see all the seeds you sow germinate. In my area, this chili is used as an ornamental plant by mothers, the fruit is attractive and when ripe the color is very striking.

We use it for its bright color and aroma. It tastes a bit sweet but enhance the colour of the curry. Thank you my friend! :)

Thank bhai curation ke liye! :)🙏🏼

Patience is a great virtue and a key factor in growing plants haha they grow at their own pace, depending on the care and soil, for someone with little patience like me is not haha 😂

But you know what, when you grow a plant with all your hard work, patience and care, then that feeling is no less than winning a battle. So even if you think you are impatient. Try once, It's like meditation. It makes you calm from within. :)

I hope your chili pepper will grow healthy.

Thank you for the well wishes! :)

The chili seeds grow very well my friend, surely when you plant them you will get a lot of fruit ❤️

Thank you for your wishes friend! :)

You're welcome my friend really loves farming, have a nice day my friend ❤️

Now tht is some fine Italian pepper but is it pepperish like the normal one?

I am not sure about that but I tasted it and it has that alcoholic aroma and little sweet taste.

Farming is also one of the activities that I enjoy. But here I am not engaged in the field of plants but only in the field of aquatic biota.

And you also engaged in stunning Photography! :)

What big peppers! They are beautiful and I can imagine the joy you feel to have your three little plants that are all your care in the future, not too far away, will give you their fruits.
Have a great weekend.

Yeah and I am so excited to harvest their fruit. However it will take time but I am feeling happy just thinking about how amazing it would be to see such big peppers growing on these plants. 🥰

Me bhi ghar par kheti kar leta hu, kam se kam market jana to kam ho jayega.

Haan kuch prabhav to padta hi hai aur ghar ke uge phal sabjiyan adhik swadisht bhi hoti hain.
