It's so lovely to get this beautiful comment from you, dearest @vincentnijman ! Yes indeed - it is at least one area in my life where I have P L E N T Y and often too much!! This helps me feel goooood about other areas in which I have less!
Also another glorious aspect of today: spectacular and dreamy cloud formations as the sun went down - I thought you might appreciate this :-)

I now remember that they will probably ripen in the Summer ( as this was the case in the garden of my younger sister, in The Netherlands )

Yes, early summer I think, here: just now I have been removing the dried heads of the artichokes - and putting them about the garden to grow themselves anew... There are quite a few lovely small plants which grew themselves last year too :-D Yum!
