My sketch is done looking at it now I went overboard with the coloring there is not much white space left. I am a little undecided here if I like it or have I achieved the style and look that I am trying to develop so let us compare

This gentleman from late 1930’s is one of my first attempts to draw in this doodly style and I love it. I think this is what I want to achieve. What do you guys think?

On this stage of my drawing I can say that I am on the right direction that is to use less lines more negative or white space but maybe I thought cover it with more will fix the discontent I am feeling while I was halfway there

The gentleman from the 1930's looks a certain style and I prefer it. You will find your voice eventually keep experimenting

I also like the look of the gentleman from the 30's but I know @shookt is just starting to know what she likes what works for her and what does not. Give it time and more trials you will certainly find it.
