It is a series that I will be continuing for a while. I will work on some new blogs also specifically geared toward what you would like. Are you more interested in finding cash buyers and wholesalers to assist them in purchasing or selling real estate? Or are you looking for ways to become a wholesaler?
It’s two-fold. I work presently for eXp. They do not allow their agents to wholesale however there is a work around on a double close. From an agent standpoint, I’d like listing from the investor. At the same time I’d like to learn more to become a wholesaler so I can essentially work remotely.
I will ruminate and then work on a couple of blogs that you may find helpful. I'll tag you in them. While it's old school and more difficult to do in Covid times, networking has give more results, leads and deals than any other method.
