A veces, emprender puede ser realmente abrumador, pero con los años he descubierto que la tutoría es una herramienta que puede ayudarte a escalar.
Cuando hablo de un mentor, me refiero a alguien que realmente ha experimentado alguien que tiene la orientación necesaria y el conocimiento, y el asesoramiento que puede ayudarle a alcanzar sus metas en el viaje de la iniciativa empresarial. Todo empresario necesita un mentor porque le ayudará a escalar y a evitar cometer ciertos errores y tomar decisiones equivocadas.
Como siempre se dice, o se aprende de la experiencia o se aprende de la información. Una de las ventajas de tener un mentor en el mundo empresarial es que puedes obtener sabiduría de la experiencia de ese tipo al que llamas mentor en lugar de conocimientos teóricos, lo que te ayudará mucho a sacar adelante tu negocio.
No se trata sólo de consejos y asesoramiento. Como empresario, una de las cosas de las que disfrutará es el aspecto de las oportunidades de establecer contactos. Como mentor, podrá establecer contactos profesionales que podrían incluso dar lugar a futuras asociaciones con esas personas. Necesitas desarrollo personal, como autoestima y mucho más. Necesitas estar libre de tortura mental para ser capaz de tener éxito en los negocios y esto es realmente muy importante. A veces, como empresario, podemos sentirnos abrumados por el trabajo y no ser capaces de gestionar el estrés de forma eficaz.
La tutoría en el mundo de los negocios es realmente necesaria. When I talked about a mentor, I mean someone who has actually experienced someone that has the necessary guidance and knowledge, and advice that can help you achieve your goals in the entrepreneurship journey. For every entrepreneur, you really need mentorship because it will help you to scale through and help you to avoid making some certain mistakes and wrong decisions.
Well, like they always say, it is either you learn from experience or you learn from information. One of the advantages that lies when you have a mentor in the entrepreneurship world is the fact that you are able to get wisdom from the experience of that fellow you called your mentor instead of the theoretical knowledge and which will greatly help your business to move forward.
Well it is not only for advice and counsel for mentorship. As an entrepreneur, one of the things you will enjoy is the aspect of the networking opportunities. As a mentor, you will be able to have professional connections which might even result to future partnership with those people. These networking are only possible when you have a mentor in the field of the business you are really into actually. Through networking, it helps you to gain credibility in the business industry and this is really so important.
You will definitely agree with me that there are certain times you might really be emotionally down when it comes to the business world, one of the edge the mentorship will offer to you is Accountability and motivation. Trust me, this entrepreneurship journey can really be frustrating at times but you really need to be motivated even when everything seems not to be working out well. You need to be motivated and Accountable to someone as that is what will actually help you to scale throughout the journey. You need someone that you can easily run to who can continue to give you positive energy even when you are down.
Then the last one I will definitely talk about which might not be related to business wise as entrepreneur is the fact that you have access to Personal and Professional Development which is also very important. You need personal development like self-esteem and many more. You need to be free from mental torture to be able to succeed in the business wise and this is really so important. Sometimes, as an entrepreneur we can really be overwhelmed by work that you are not able to manage stress effectively.
Mentorship in the business world is really necessary. The issue with many entrepreneurs who give up when they fail is because they don't have the right people that can actually guide you through to succeed and Excel regardless of that which is happening in your business. Failure is something that you cannot actually avoid when it comes to the business world, in fact most times it is little failure you need that will push your business to succeed. Sometimes when you are facing hard times, you need people that will give you confidence to be able to make wise decisions and one of the people that can give you that are your mentors in the business world.
