Feliz viernes amigos de Be entrepreneur hoy quiero compartir con ustedes un poco del día tan lindo que tuve ayer y es que una chica me contacto por Instagram para invitarme a su programa de radio que se llama de 10 a 12 emprendedores con exito. La verdad es que al principio estuve muy nerviosa pero sin lugar a dudas estás sin oportunidades perfectas para que más personas conozcan mi emprendimiento.
Happy Friday, friends of Be Entrepreneur. Today I want to share with you a little bit about the wonderful day I had yesterday. A girl contacted me on Instagram to invite me to her radio show called 10 to 12 successful entrepreneurs. The truth is that at first I was very nervous, but without a doubt, these are the perfect opportunities for more people to learn about my business.
Aunque literal fue una invitación de un día para otro mandé a hacer un Topper personalizado con el nombre del segmento de radio. Y es que mi emprendimiento trata más de esto de las tortas personalizadas y por eso decidí llevar una mini cake personalizada.
Although it was literally an invitation from one day to the next, I had a personalized topper made with the name of the radio segment. My business is more about personalized cakes and that's why I decided to bring a personalized mini cake.
Aunque debía estar en la estación de radio a las 11 AM salí temprano de casa ya que de mi casa hasta el lugar de la estación de radio era bastante lejos, pero al parecer salí muy temprano. Pero es que tampoco pude dormir muy bien por los nervios que tenia. Así que salí temprano a mi destino. Lo que más me preocupaba era que la torta no se dañara en el camino.
Although I was supposed to be at the radio station at 11 AM, I left home early because it was quite far from my house to the radio station, but apparently I left too early. But I couldn't sleep very well either because I was so nervous. So I left early for my destination. What I was most worried about was that the cake wouldn't get damaged on the way.
Y pues llegué bastante temprano así que me senté a esperar que se hiciera el momento de la entrevista en la radio. Mientras esperaba me brindaron un poco de café. La verdad estaba muy nerviosa de no hacerlo bien pero agradecida de esta oportunidad que me pareció realmente maravillosa.
I arrived quite early so I sat down to wait for the radio interview to happen. While I waited they offered me some coffee. The truth is I was very nervous about not doing well but I was grateful for this opportunity that seemed really wonderful to me.
Y llegó la hora de entrar a la cabina de radio. Al entrar la chica que me iba a hacer la entrevista estaba viendo la torta que llevo y le pareció un gesto hermoso de mi parte que mandé a hacer un Topper personalizado.
And the time came to enter the radio booth. When the girl who was going to interview me came in, she was looking at the cake I was carrying and thought it was a beautiful gesture on my part, so I had a personalized topper made.
Y está fue la foto que me tomaron para subir a las redes sociales de la radio y promocionar su segmento de emprendedores con exito. Y vaya que me sentí tan feliz porque ya hace 9 años que tengo mi emprendimiento de tortas, es algo que se dice fácil pero han sido 9 años de subidas y bajadas pero aquí sigo dando lo mejor de mi. Y sobre todo luchando y apostando a mi para crecer y un día no muy lejano tener mi local.
And this was the photo they took of me to upload to the radio station's social networks and promote its segment of successful entrepreneurs. And boy did I feel so happy because I have had my cake business for 9 years now. It's easy to say, but it's been 9 years of ups and downs, but here I am still giving my best. And above all, fighting and betting on myself to grow and one day not too far away to have my own business.
Fue una hora bastante amena dónde hablé de como surgió la idea de mi emprendimiento. Quienes me animaron a dar este gran paso, hablé sobre las tortas que más vende mi negocio, compartí algunas recetas que me gustan mucho. La verdad que yo estaba bastante asustada de no hacerlo bien. Pero una prima grabó todo el programa y me lo envió y la verdad que siento que lo hice bastante bien.
It was a very pleasant hour where I talked about how the idea of my business came about. Those who encouraged me to take this big step, I talked about the cakes that my business sells the most, I shared some recipes that I really like. The truth is that I was quite scared of not doing it well. But a cousin recorded the whole program and sent it to me and the truth is that I feel that I did it pretty well.
Estaba muy nerviosa pero sin lugar a dudas esto fue una oportunidad genial que me ayuda a impulsar mi emprendimiento. Justo luego de este programa de radio revise mi Instagram y tuve buenos cuántos seguidores nuevos. Todo lo que aporte algo positivo a nuestros emprendimientos es bien recibido.
I was very nervous but without a doubt this was a great opportunity that helps me boost my business. Right after this radio show I checked my Instagram and I had a lot of new followers. Everything that contributes something positive to our endeavors is welcomed.
