The emotions, moods and attitudes we manifest are related to human behavior and can have both a positive and negative impact on the way we think and act. Even when we face challenges and feel under pressure. They can affect our judgment and make difficult decisions.
In the last few months I have experienced emotions that I had a hard time controlling and affected my finances. They completely paralyzed me and made me discouraged to work on my business and other activities.
These responses to my emotions made me feel discouraged, numbed my muse and I couldn't do a single mini garden which is what my own venture (gardening and accessories) is all about. My mood reached the level of affecting my morale, my self-esteem and the truth is I don't know how many other things, which generated a more toxic and apathetic work environment to the point of not even wanting to be called to perform any activity.
Uncontrolled emotions can jeopardize our financial stability. How much discouragement paralyzes us. That's how I was for months I thank God that I was able to start doing my beautiful job.
In the last few months, I suffered from depression and burnout, which made me feel less productive because I didn't want to do anything. The attitude also damages our reputation in the marketplace because we are no longer in demand and known as we are removed from the environment, giving way for other entrepreneurs in the same field to gain advantage.
After going through this sad situation, I can be happy to have overcome it. When a client called me and asked me to make a garden as a gift, I was afraid, but I decided to take the challenge as if it was the first time. After many months of just selling plants in pots without decoration, I am here. I think it's good to eat.
It is well said that business must be separated from personal life, but if we do not have control over it, it is impossible for the latter to run smoothly without being affected by instability and it is a real shame that what has surely cost us a lot of time and effort can collapse or be significantly affected by some sudden situation that shakes us emotionally.
From all this I learned that emotions play an important role in our daily lives and it should come as no surprise that they also have a profound impact on our businesses. Whether we are the buyer or the seller, we must understand how feelings and emotions can influence the negotiation process.
By understanding and properly managing how our emotions have influences, our ventures can navigate more effectively and achieve beneficial results.
Here I will leave you a little bit of my simple but beautiful mini garden to start this new and better stage of my undertaking. All the things we go through help us for good , fill us with experiences that allow us to do things better and even help others.

Las emociones, el estado de ánimo y las actitudes que manifestamos están relacionados con el comportamiento humano y pueden tener un impacto positivo y negativo en la forma en que pensamos y actuamos. Incluso cuando nos enfrentamos a los desafíos y nos sentimos bajo presión. Pueden afectar nuestro juicio y tomar decisiones difíciles.
En los últimos meses he experimentado emociones que me costaron mucho controlar y afectaron mi economía. Me paralizaron por completo y me hicieron desanimar para trabajar en mi negocio y otras actividades.
Estas respuestas a mis emociones me hicieron sentir desanimo, adormesó mi musa y no podía hacer ni un solo mini jardín que es de lo que se trata mi propio emprendimiento (jardinería y accesorios). Mi estado de ánimo llegó al nivel de afectar mi moral, mi autoestima y la verdad no se cuántas cosas más, lo que generó un ambiente de trabajo más tóxico y apático al punto de no desear ni que me llamarán para realizar ninguna actividad.
Las emociones descontroladas pueden poner en peligro nuestra estabilidad financiera. Por cuánto el desanimo nos paraliza. Así estuve yo durante meses doy gracias a Dios por haber podido comenzar a realizar mi hermoso trabajo.
En los últimos meses, sufrí depresión y agotamiento, lo que me hacía sentir menos productivo porque no quería hacer nada. La actitud daña también nuestra reputación en el mercado debido a que dejamos de ser solicitados y conocidos ya que nos apartamos del medio, dando paso a que otros emprendedores de la misma rama ganen ventaja.
Después de pasar por esta triste situación, puedo estar feliz de haberla superado. Cuando una cliente me llamó y me pidió hacer un jardín para regalar, sentí miedo, pero decidí tomar el desafío como si fuera la primera vez. Después de muchos meses de solo vender planta en macetas sin decoración, estoy aquí. Creo que para comersar está bien.
Bien dicen por allí, que hay que separar los negocios de la vida personal sino tenemos dominio de eso es imposible que los últimos marchen bien sin verse afectados por la inestabilidad y es una verdadera lastima que lo que seguramente nos a costado tiempo y mucho esfuerzo se derrumbe o vea afectado significativamente por alguna situación repentina que nos sacuda emocionalmente.
De todo esto aprendí que las emociones desempeñan un papel importante en nuestra vida cotidiana y no debería sorprender que también tengan un profundo impacto en nuestras empresas. Ya seamos el comprador o el vendedor, debemos comprender cómo los sentimientos y las emociones pueden influir en el proceso de negociaciones.
Al comprender y gestionar de manera correcta como tienen influencias nuestras emociones, en nuestros emprendimientos pueden navegar de manera más efectiva y lograr resultados beneficiosos.
Aquí les dejaré un poco de mi sencillo pero hermoso mini jardín para comenzar esta nueva y mejor etapa de mi emprendimiento. Todas las cosas que pasamos nos ayudan para bien , nos llenan de experiencias que nos permiten hacer las cosas mejor y hasta ayudar a los demás.

Comparto contigo que las emociones según sean estas, impactan de manera positiva o negativa todo nuestro hacer y las relaciones que tenemos, La sugerencia es trabajar constantemente en ellas para poder manejarlas con mucho cuidado cuando lleguen, lo otro es prestarles mucha atención, pues son señales que es conveniente atender antes de que llegue el colapso.
