Hoy me sumo nuevamente a participar en el encuentro de talentos para conversar sobre la resiliencia, una de las capacidades que cada ser humano pone a prueba en los momentos difíciles, y muchas veces llegamos a sorprendernos de lo que podemos lograr estando bajo presión. Les invito a conocer como un emprendimiento puede llegar a ser la forma de resiliencia tanto en lo económico como en los emocional y hasta físico.

Bien es sabido que emprender es difícil, ahora emprender como migrante tiene el doble de dificultad que hacerlo en tu propio país. Todo esto lo superé, cuando mi negocio estaba en pleno ascenso paulatino recibí la noticia de que estaba enfermo y tuve que hacer un pare total en mi taller.
Después de salir de la enfermedad el desgaste físico y económico eran notables, por mucho que los clientes me apoyaron en todo el proceso del tratamiento y recuperación no había tenido suficientes ventas para cubrir mis gastos así que se me ocurrió arrancar con un emprendimiento dentro de mi emprendimiento: Dictar talleres de repostería en grupos de niños, jóvenes y adultos.

After getting out of the disease the physical and economic wear were noticeable, as much as customers supported me throughout the process of treatment and recovery I had not had enough sales to cover my expenses so I came up with the idea of starting a venture within my business: Give baking workshops in groups of children, youth and adults.

La idea de los talleres ha tenido una gran receptividad. This has become a fabulous alternative to recover the economy and to help me return to my work in the workshop, baking little by little until I was able to take orders per month as before.
The idea of the workshops has been very well received. I have successfully taught a cookie and cupcake baking workshop for children, pancakes for youth and adults and we have been doing fantastic. The students end up with their desserts assembled and happy to receive a certificate issued by @mike.cupcakes.
He podido aprender utilizando recursos que antes no había tenido la oportunidad de usar, como las diapositivas. Para eso utilizo un televisor que tengo en el taller y así los alumnos tienes acceso al material audiovisual en vivo y luego pasamos a la práctica en las mesas de trabajo.
Me siento afortunado de poder salir adelante y de esta forma tan divertida, porque enseñar a otros el oficio que amo y que me llena me parece una tarea que disfruto y me hace sentir pleno. Puedo sentir una satisfacción increíble al sentirme activo de nuevo y al poder hacer mis diseños de tortas y lo más importante importante ver la alegría de los clientes al recibir sus encargos.
I have been able to learn using resources that I had not had the opportunity to use before, such as slides. For that I use a television that I have in the workshop and so the students have access to live audiovisual material and then we move on to practice on the work tables.
I feel fortunate to be able to get ahead and in this fun way, because teaching others the craft that I love and that fills me seems to me a task that I enjoy and makes me feel fulfilled. I can feel an incredible satisfaction to feel active again and to be able to make my cake designs and most importantly to see the joy of the customers when they receive their orders.
Reflexionando un poco para esta publicación, me sorprende ver lo que somos capaces de hacer para salir adelante. Me gusta este nuevo formato del taller de Mike Cupcakes donde podemos llegar a otro tipo de clientes y seguir dandoles un dulce día.
Mi consejo para los emprendedores es que se apoyen es ena resiliencia que tenemos dentro, que no permitan que nada sea un obstáculo, mente positiva y la mejor opción es atreverse, no dejar las cosas por hacer para lugo preguntarnos internamente ¿Qué hubiese pasado?

Reflecting a bit for this post, it amazes me to see what we are able to do to get ahead. I like this new format of Mike Cupcakes' workshop where we can reach other types of customers and continue to give them a sweet day.
My advice to entrepreneurs is to rely on the resilience that we have inside, do not let anything be an obstacle, positive mind and the best option is to reverse, do not leave things to do and then ask ourselves internally what would have happened?

Wow que chévere l🙌🏻, desde el punto de vista de branding cuando estamos construyendo una marca debemos determinar cuáles son las fuentes de ingreso primarias y las secundarias según sea el caso. Por lo cual está alternativa que has añadido a tu emprendimiento incluso podría ser el principio de una gran diversificación de servicios o ingresos secundarios, aplaudo tu resiliencia y tú dedicación 🙌🏻🌟
