Early birds : having the goods but not having the services.

[English Version]. Being there for a customer, makes more sense than finding an entrepreneur, a business person his customer's favorite. Many people set up a good business, with a very impressive, caption, on their walls, but they don't know one thing that keeps the customer desiring for a long patronage.

A successful business person, whether as an entrepreneur, sole proprietorship etc. who wants, to maintain, a business sneezes and publicity, trust from the customer, most be a person of all around figure.

All round figures in terms of keeping to time. There is a ladder in my neighborhood, who sells provisions, and all kind of accessories. And there is another who's business is not big.

People patronize the both of them. I usually buy stuffs from both ladies. And one thing I like to consider with the people I choose to buy something from is how serious and consistent they are.

But Lady who owns a big store doesn't keep to time, she comes to shop late, even her workers do same. People would cluster waiting for them to come open. I have waited for them before, for more than three hours before she got to the shop.

Because I went out that morning as at 7am to pick up something. Could you believe, she got to the shop by 9am that morning? I thought it was not her habit to keeping late from her business promises, so I discussed with my wife, and she complained of the same.

I decided to keep an eye on their operations for a while because people also complain that they keep late to shop. Of a truth, I saw, what everyone is saying about them keeping late is true.

But the other lady whose business is not that big keeps early, sometimes 6am she's out for sales. People who leave for work very early, as I do, patronize her. Before view months, she started adding value to her goods.

Today almost everyone in my neighborhood and even people from other streets come to patronize her business. The other lady relocating to a different place. She believes that the other Lady is bewitching her.

And I heard the Lady who keeps early is about to pay for the shop, since she is leaving. The one that keeps early to shop called *madam early morning×.

Madam early morning become her brand's name, even if you ask any kid to get you something across the street, they all go to madam early morning.

Today madam early morning is bigger, her consistent, to time, she understands what important time is to business. Image keeping late to business till, 9am as a routing.

Keeping to time in business, allows your customers to have self-confidence in you and your business. It would create the impression of seriousness, love, and attraction to your business promises.

Madam, early morning, keep to the motor of her business. Much business fail and loss patronage because the owners keep late to their business complex. Nothing biased a customer as coming to buy something from your complex only to realize you were not there.

If it persists more than once, it biases a customer from coming to your business promises or complex. Customers love their immediate satisfaction, with the high hopes they are coming with to patronize your business.

Failing to be there as at when due, biased your business relationship with that customer. Remember, business is a chain-when you adequately satisfy a customer, you are making publicity for that business.

Ad is not even the biggest and value way of showing off our business. The mouth-to-mouth stewardship of your business time arrival at your business promises or complex is the most important ad.

Because these customers are the ones buying your goods, products, and services. Having the good, products but not having the services is like having a car with the keys but do not know how to drive it.

One of the things that brings down business, is not having the required service attitude to the customer, buyers. Paying attention to the attitude of your buyers, how and when they prefer your service to be rendered to them, is essential.

Business is all about satisfaction, and as an entrepreneur, a sole proprietorship etc. learn the time your service moves better in your environment.
The other Lady didn't consider time factors in her business.

She left the spot and space even when she has the fully required good, products but lacks services. Sometimes consider the customer's needs than your needs.

Some customers keep late from coming home because of working hours, as a business person, a sole proprietorship, learn how to set an opening time for your business and closing time for it.

The reason being that, you are doing the business to make sells and maximize profits, why going to sacrifice (risk something, such as keeping a little late, for some niche of your customers to catch up with you).

Doing this gives the customer a full trust of your service and diligence in your services to your business and them.

Find a time to make a difference. If the next store closes by 6pm, close by 8pm. This is one thing some sole proprietorship don't understand. What this does is that it allows you to share a bond with their customer's time, instead of your time.

Madrugadores: tener los bienes pero no tener los servicios.

[Versión en inglés]. Estar ahí para un cliente, tiene más sentido que encontrar a un emprendedor, a una persona de negocios favorita de su cliente. Muchas personas montan un buen negocio, con un pie de foto muy impresionante, en sus paredes, pero no saben una cosa que hace que el cliente siga deseando un patrocinio a largo plazo.

Una persona de negocios exitosa, ya sea como empresario, empresa unipersonal, etc. que quiere, para mantener, un negocio estornuda y publicidad, confianza del cliente, la mayoría de ser una persona de toda figura.

Cifras completas en términos de cumplimiento del tiempo. En mi barrio hay una escalera que vende víveres y todo tipo de accesorios. Y hay otro cuyo negocio no es grande.

La gente es condescendiente con los dos. Por lo general, compro cosas de ambas damas. Y una cosa que me gusta tener en cuenta con las personas a las que elijo comprar algo es lo serios y consistentes que son.

Pero la señora que es dueña de una gran tienda no cumple con el tiempo, llega tarde a comprar, incluso sus trabajadores hacen lo mismo. La gente se agrupaba esperando a que se abrieran. Los he esperado antes, durante más de tres horas antes de que ella llegara a la tienda.

Porque salí esa mañana a las 7 de la mañana a recoger algo. ¿Podrías creer que llegó a la tienda a las 9 de la mañana? Pensé que no era su costumbre llegar tarde a sus promesas de negocios, así que discutí con mi esposa, y ella se quejó de lo mismo.

Decidí vigilar sus operaciones durante un tiempo porque la gente también se queja de que llegan hasta tarde a comprar. A decir verdad, vi que lo que todo el mundo dice sobre que se quedan hasta tarde es cierto.

Pero la otra señora, cuyo negocio no es tan grande, se levanta temprano, a veces a las 6 de la mañana sale a vender. La gente que se va a trabajar muy temprano, como yo, la trata con condescendencia. Antes de los meses, comenzó a agregar valor a sus productos.

Hoy en día casi todo el mundo en mi barrio e incluso gente de otras calles vienen a frecuentar su negocio. La otra dama reloca.

Si persiste más de una vez, sesga a un cliente para que no llegue a sus promesas comerciales o complejos. A los clientes les encanta su satisfacción inmediata, con las grandes esperanzas que tienen para patrocinar su negocio.

No estar presente a tiempo, sesgó su relación comercial con ese cliente. Recuerde, el negocio es una cadena: cuando satisface adecuadamente a un cliente, está haciendo publicidad para ese negocio.

La publicidad ni siquiera es la forma más grande y valiosa de mostrar nuestro negocio. La administración boca a boca de su negocio, el tiempo de llegada a sus promesas o complejo comercial es el anuncio más importante.

Porque estos clientes son los que compran tus bienes, productos y servicios. Tener los productos buenos, pero no tener los servicios es como tener un coche con las llaves pero no saber conducirlo.

Una de las cosas que hace que el negocio caiga es no tener la actitud de servicio requerida hacia el cliente, los compradores. Prestar atención a la actitud de tus compradores, cómo y cuándo prefieren que se les preste tu servicio, es fundamental.

Los negocios tienen que ver con la satisfacción, y como empresario, propietario único, etc., aprenda cuánto tiempo su servicio se mueve mejor en su entorno.
La otra Señora no tenía en cuenta el factor tiempo en su negocio.

Dejó el lugar y el espacio incluso cuando tiene todos los bienes y productos necesarios, pero carece de servicios. A veces considera las necesidades del cliente más que tus necesidades.
Algunos clientes se demoran en llegar a casa debido al horario de trabajo, como empresario, propietario único, aprenda a establecer una hora de apertura para su negocio y una hora de cierre para él.

La razón es que, estás haciendo el negocio para hacer ventas y maximizar las ganancias, ¿por qué sacrificar (arriesgar algo, como llegar un poco tarde, para que algún nicho de tus clientes te alcance)?

Hacer esto le da al cliente plena confianza en su servicio y diligencia en sus servicios para su negocio y para ellos.
