Greetings everyone, this blog is about the tour of National Olympic Stadium of Cambodia! What a place, I remember going there when I was just a young'un, back when I used to live in Phnom Penh. Those were the days, my friend!
I'd always look forward to the big games and ceremonies they'd host there. The energy in that place was just electric, you know? Everyone would be all hyped up, cheering on their favorite teams or just soaking in the cultural performances. You know, I even got to see a few Khmer traditional dances before the match a couple times. Those dancers really knew how to get the crowd pumped!
After the match, I'd always take my time walking home. The stadium was just so darn beautiful, especially at night when all the lights were shining. I'd stroll along, taking it all in – the architecture, the atmosphere, the sheer pride that the Cambodian people had for their national stadium. It was like a little slice of heaven, I tell you.
Now, I don't know the exact capacity of the place, but let me tell you, it's big. I mean, we're talking thousands and thousands of people packed in there, all cheering and having a grand old time. It's like a whole other world inside those walls, ya know? You get swept up in the energy and the enthusiasm, and before you know it, you're singing and dancing along with the rest of the crowd.
And the matches themselves? Very excitement from start to finish! I remember this one time when Khmer United took on Tufo Club. Man, that was a nail-biter! The two teams were going at it, giving it their all on the pitch. The crowd was going wild, chanting and singing their hearts out. When Khmer United scored that winning goal, the place just erupted in celebration. I swear, I lost my voice for a week after that one!
And the best part? It's not just for sports. Oh no, the National Olympic Stadium is a true cultural landmark. They've got all sorts of events and celebrations there – from traditional festivals to concerts to political rallies. It's a place where the heart of Cambodia really shines through.
I remember one time, they had this huge Independence Day celebration there. The whole place full of excitement.

That place is gigantic! The biggest place I've been is our municipal gymnasium and I'm sure it's never even 1/8th of the size of yours. And the funny thing is that the I thought the old gym I saw when I was a child was a broken building 😅silly me
Now they are new and more modern, I think you will be surprised.have a great day.
Best of luck to you for your god first of all you gave in Cambodia National Olympic Stadium and had a nice moment there. Also you went there at a young age. Have a good day.
Thanks 🙏 for your comment. Wish you good health and good luck in your family.
