Hello @Asean Hive Community, hello @hivers. I hope that everyone is doing great. Here I am again sharing about sports of my son @Kurt Airol Tadulan. His journey as a Regional Player of Badminton Single Boys Elementary Level.
Last May 11, 2024 was there departure going to Camiguin Island for Regional Meet. We wake up early in the morning preparing his things and getting ready for travel because their call time was 7:30AM as the other participants are already there at the port coming from different region.
It's been an honor and great privilege that he is one of the delegates representing Misamis Oriental Badminton Single Boys Elementary Level. This was his one big dream to be part of the Regional Team. Thats why he strived hard, go training everyday just get the champion record during Regional Triangular Meet held in Gingoog City last April.
This was taken at Balingoan Port Misamis Oriental. They are from Balingoan Delegates,there are five (5) player coming from Balingoan namely Badminton Double boys Elementary Level Jovem Auditor and Don Eduard Chan (Champion during Regional Triangular Meet) Kurt Airol E. Tadulan my son Badminton Single ElementaryLevel (Champion during Triangular Meet)and Drachir N. Jabagat (First Runner Up during Triangular Meet). And the last Chess Player Janine Querequere Champion during Regional Triangular Meet.
They are lucky enough because Camiguin Island is our nearby island. All Delegates will pass here because the port going to Camiguin Island was situated in our Municipal. So there's no hassle anymore and they can relax because they just have a short travel going there.
Jollibee time, having their lunch at Jollibee Camiguin with the Misamis Oriental Delegates. It's a good start for them to feel relax and getting to know each other player coming from different Municipality of Misamis Oriental and in different sport category.
The Sport Competition begin last May 14, 2024 and the rules is single elimination. If you play and you win, you can still play for another round, but if you lose even one game you are not allowed to play again and consider lose.
During the first game my son plays good. Its a good much and luckily he wins. As i saw the live from one of the parent who came there to witness the game. I feel nervous while watching and cheer even though it was just a live video. And luckily he wins. So because he wins he is allowed to play again in the next round.
I'm just only the parent who did not come to the event fornthe reason that my son did not want me to be there to watch him while playing. He said he cannot play well if I will be there to watch the game. So i choose to stay in the house and watched live only.
After his first game he rest for awhile and after that was his second game. He try his best to win but unfortunately he lose and because he lose he can't play anymore. It's okay atleast he try his best and lucky enough that he one of the regional player. Drachir Jabagat also lose the game, he got one win and one lose that make him not able to play for the next round too.
If they are not lucky with single boys badminton, they are lucky in the otherside with the doubles. This two athletes John Jovem Auditor and Don Eduard Chan garner the Champion of all badminton players doubles Elementary Level. Congratulations coz all the efforts on training had paid off and road for palarong pambansa. And also their chess player was champion. It was a successful event afterall. Congratulations to all winners and till next time for who did not win.
Kudos to all coaches who never get tired of the athletes. All the efforts had paid off. Congratulations Misamis Oriental Team and most especially to Balingoan athletes.
