today I will share a post entitled fried mushrooms with instant noodles,,,,,????
some time ago, my wife and I went to visit our garden, which is quite far from home, the distance from the garden to the house is about 20 km, because the road is difficult to travel to get to the garden, so we need about 1 hour of travel time..
as soon as we arrived at the garden, I immediately cleaned up around the hut, because there was already a lot of grass growing around the hut, while my wife was walking around the garden, suddenly she came home with a plate of mushrooms..
I was surprised when I saw it because he brought so many mushrooms home, I asked where did you get the mushrooms, he replied, on a rotting mango tree that we cut down a few months ago, oh yes yes I want to answer again... .
I immediately went to pick green chilies and cayenne pepper, for the chopped spices to be mixed with the mushrooms later,,
when we went to the garden we brought lunch, namely instant noodles, as an additional snack, just right because there were mushrooms, so we mixed instant noodles and then fried together..
after I took some pictures, of the mushrooms, my wife immediately chopped the mushrooms into small pieces,
after my wife designed the mushrooms to be small, I immediately cleaned them, because cleanliness was the most important, but the atmosphere was a little different, because the atmosphere at home and the atmosphere on the plantation were very much different,,
after the mushrooms were washed, my wife had prepared chopped herbs, there was green chili, there was cayenne pepper, there was a red onion, 1 tomato, and the last 3 cloves of garlic... that's all chopped herbs mixed by my wife, for fried with mushrooms and also instant noodles...
that's the last atmosphere I served on the plate, the mushroom mixed with instant noodles tastes very appetizing...
but the atmosphere is very different, because that's all the atmosphere in the plantation, I hope all my friends can understand it,,
