Hi everyone, today I bought a special cake from one of the kede in Tangerang, Indonesia, and I also saw firsthand the process of making it like how this cake is baked so that it expands. And the baking process can take up to 1-2 hours depending on the thickness of the cake,
Adee is made from sweet potatoes and some are made from flour, now for the ingredients I don't know maybe it's a secret, and I also don't understand why this cake is called ade, but this cake tastes pretty good apart from the soft texture of the cake it also has its own characteristics, like the taste, before I ate ade I never thought that the taste of this cake would be more unique than the others. The taste of this cake is sweet but the texture is like soft jelly but also has a distinctive aroma with ade.

Hi, I noticed that this is your first post in ASEAN Hive Community and welcome sis. This kuih in Malaysia we called it Kuih Bakar and very easily to find it when you craving on it (but buy it in the morning).
This look similar to Malaysian traditional cake called 'Kuih Bakar' 😁
